Caprice 24 Violins and Drums – Paganini
Caprice 24 by Niccolò Paganini – Violins and Drums Version.
This is the “violins and drums” version of this classic piece by the masterful violinist Niccolò Paganini, recorded with perfect synchronization to the “Violins Only” version, also available here.
This is a piece of “truly stand out music”, and like so many great classical compositions has stood the test of time, and continues to inspire at the highest levels today and beyond.
Well known throughout Europe and the western world, this piece has also been used extensively for it’s dynamic power in film, television, and advertising. Caprice 24 by Paganini is one of his most widely recognized and popular pieces in modern times.
Take a listen to both versions, and take your time.
This wonderful violin piece has so many great passages, and with the added color of the drum arrangement in this version, has an added rhythmical strength you can take advantage of in so many ways.
With so many powerful passages, phrases, and transitions, teamed with the synchronized “violins only” version, this is a “Creators Dream Come True”.
Simply drop both versions (violins only + violins with drums) into your software timeline, and seamlessly cross fade between them for a stunning effect with impeccable results.
How can I use this in my video, film, or marketing you ask ?
With a little imagination there’s really no end to what you can do with the right piece of classic music, and this is just one of those gems (we have others too) which has a certain power that’s not easy to match … if you know how, why, and what to do with it.
Whether from a video, film, or marketing perspective, this is the perfect piece for so many situations.
With it’s pure power, speed, punch, strength, contrasting delicacies, added rhythmical strength, and feeling of class, it lends itself to so many possibilities. I’ll just suggest a few for you 🙂
Simply think of anything where one or more words that could describe attributes of the music, feeling, or action (fast, furious, powerful, punch, class, feature, spotlight, call to action) might apply, listen to the music, and you’ll soon be able to add some more of your own to that description.
Example uses could include
– Power Intro, Feature, Call to Action.
– Every day products like pet food or accessories, cosmetics, fabric softener, eye glasses, pillows, beds, tissues, toilet paper, you get the idea?.
– Luxury Items like cars, boats, travel, jewelry, watches, perfume, sun glasses, fine wine, fashion, or art, just to name a few.
And that’s barely scratching the surface. These are just a few of the more obvious suggestions that I could think of straight off the top of my head.
Whatever your video, film, production, or market, take a listen to both versions and let your imagination go. I’m sure you’ll be able to see the wide and varied potential uses for such a varied and expressive piece of music.
If you’re wondering why you might want two different versions which are synchronized, here’s a tip for you.
You can add a giant measure of power by simply “cross fading” from a solo or sparse musical arrangement, into a “Bigger or Different Sounding” synchronized arrangement, creating the feeling of something “getting bigger, growing, intensifying, strengthening, escalating, or a climactic” effect.
Of course, you can go the opposite direction too, giving an anticlimactic, diminishing, quieting, or calming effect. Whatever your video, film, or marketing message needs to support the mood, feeling, or emotion you are going for.
Don’t under estimate the power of such simple strategies. There’s a “hidden power” there, that not so many people fully understand and take advantage of 🙂
